★If you find defective or damaged or a shortage of parts after receiving the goods , and you need to apply for goods exchange , please contact our Wonder Core customer service group (Facebook fanpage personal message : search shopwonder) , we'll work on it as soon as possible .
Goods exchange notes
★Please keep the product in complete (included main product , accessories , catons & packing bags , random document , gifts , acivity gifts and ect) , original cartons and packing bags are also parts of the goods , if lost , damaged or sortage , this will affect your right for goods exchange or return , and also will deduct necessary cost according to the degree of damage to restore the original state .
★Based on the guarantee of individual rights and interests of each consumer , If the goods is personal hygiene product , once opened or used , we'll not accept exchange or replacement except only defective .
★Goods exchange mainly on defective or warranty goods maintenance , we do not provide colour change or style change service .
★If we can't get in contact with customers In the next 7 days after the application for goods exchange , rusulting in failure to complete the process in goods exchange , we'll automatically cancel the application for goods exchange , and customers can't make an application again , We apologize for any inconvenience caused .
